Q: How much it will cost?

Q: Do you build small basements?

A: We make all types - small, regular and big.

Q: Will the basement be dry enough?

A: Yes. The basement will be dry. We are using waterproofing systems involving samps and pamps.

Q: Will underpinning be required?

A: This will depend of the height that you want for yyour basement and how deep is the excisting foundation.

Q: What is included in underpinning?

A: Adding additional length to the excisting foundations .

Q: Is there possibilities for damages?

A: Some kind of cracks are possible, but they will becovered with our public liability insurance - it cover damages up to Ј10 000 000.
